I grew up in the chaos and opportunity of post-revolutionary Czechoslovakia. My parents built businesses from nothing in a place where survival came before vision. I wanted to join them so badly, but was told not to take jobs from people who needed them more. So I learned to wait. And that waiting became fire. Later came my business, literature, success, crisis, heavy addictions ... and, fortunately, return.
Every path I’ve walked, from business to burnout to the desert, shaped what Ramla Jay is today:

A being between worlds: business and poetry, structure and soul. She grew up inside an engineering family company, learning how things are built, literally. Over the years, she expanded from managing projects and leading teams to guiding people through the invisible architecture of change. Today, she runs her own family business in housing development and supports people on their creative writing journeys.
Builder of systems & communities: grounded in both legacy and vision. For years he led and innovated within businesses, strategy, and freedom-driven organisations. He champions the meeting point between structure and spirit, bringing energy, vulnerability, and trust to companies, communities, and families alike. His inner fire and builder’s instinct form part of the foundation that supports Ramla Jay’s work of transformation.
She used to be a banking manager, an entrepreneur, a CEO, and a trainer determined to change the world. She studied coaching in the Czech Republic and the United States. After leaving the corporate world, she went through a deep personal transformation and expanded her work into soul guiding. At Ramla Jay, she facilitates deep group journeys and long-term programmes for leaders and teams.
He spent almost twenty years in the corporate world, helping companies shape strategies, build brands, and craft their stories. He led teams and worked solo before leaving that world to create more freely and truthfully. Today, he supports people, companies, and projects that hold meaning for him. He does so by translating complexity into clear narratives and guiding growth where change can truly begin.
A global citizen and a village soul in one. For years she worked as a trusted consultant to prominent entrepreneurs, helping them navigate their transformation. She has walked from boardrooms to canyons, from strategy to motherhood. All of this belongs to her: the strength of insight and the grace of experience. Within Ramla Jay, she mentors and supervises, shaping the depth and integrity of our work.
Weaver of stories and systems. Co-founded Mobil.cz at the dawn of the internet era, shaped digital journalism, and authored many books. Both, fiction & professional literature. His path has always led him toward the edge. Toward the questions larger than code and headlines. At Ramla Jay, he guides writing projects and transforms technology challenges into lasting architecture.
